Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic - minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp organic raw coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Cook’s Delight® Chipotle Chili Flavor Concentrate

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients of marinade, except minced garlic, in a dish.


Step 2

2. Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds or so to liquify the marinade. Stir ingredients.


Step 3

3. Add garlic and stir to incorporate.


Step 4

4. Put salmon filets in a ziploc bag and pour 3/4 of the marinade over salmon. Reserve 1/4 marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.


Step 5

5. Remove salmon and cook as desired.


Step 6

6. Use remaining 1/4 reserved marinade baste salmon while cooking.
