This Recipe Is:

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms - sliced and mixed variety
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 cups mushroom stock (combine 1 - 1/2 tsp Cook's Delight® Mushroom Stock Concentrate with 2 cups boiling water)
Cook’s Delight® Simply Mushroom Flavor Concentrate
Boil 2 cups of water and add 1 - 1/2 tsp of Cook's Delight® Mushroom Stock Concentrate to make mushroom stock. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add flour and whisk to combine.
Add mushrooms and pepper and cook until tender - approximately 5 minutes.
Add mushroom stock while whisking constantly. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Continue stirring and cook until sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning with pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
