- 3 lb Beef Roast
- 1 cup Cook’s Delight® Beef Stock (prepare by combining 3/4 tsp Cook's Delight Beef base with 1 cup boiling water)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large quartered onion
- 3 chopped carrots
- 3-4 chunked potatoes

In a large ziplock bag, add flour, pepper (to your preference) and beef roast. Shake roast to coat.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Add coated roast and brown on all sides.
Put browned roast in a crock pot. Pour beef stock around roast until it is 1/2 - 3/4 way up the side of roast.
Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
About an hour before you eat, add carrots, potatoes and onions to the slow cooker and cook until desired doneness.
